28 /12 adults and minors arraigned before Magistrate Court in Lagos for homosexual.


According to Lagos State Magistrate court, the paties involved are to serve 14 years inprisonment for such act under the constitution of Nigeria.

The defendant however pleded not guilty and show no  remurse for their act, but the constitution of our land can not be tampered with, says Majistrate judge Adewale Ojo. therefore the defendants were ordered to pay a sum of #500,000(five hundred thousand naira each) with two sureties before they can be granted a bail.
